Congratulations! You are wonderful! I weigh myself on Friday's. I like Friday's because I have the weekend to have a treat usually a fudgesicle, dark chocolate or I go over my calories just a little for something I really like.

Hi Julie, Welcome! I completely agree with cutting out sodas and just drinking water. Also watch your portion sizes, this has helped me a lot. I lost 2lbs just cutting my portion sizes and making healthier food choices this week.
