3 birthdays this week, my son, my granddaughter and my niece :D My granddaughter is so excited, she will be 5 and is having her party at a local farm with hay rides, pumpkins and all that fun stuff.

I am truly grateful to have my morning cup of coffee, in my own kitchen, in my own home, in my safe neighborhood. We tend to forget when we are so comfortable in our own homes that there are so many who are not. God has been good to me.

it's a rainy day today......trying to decide how to get my walk in or dust off my exercise bike ? I am down another 1/2 pound for a total of 3 pounds so far. I am happy!

ScottH_200 I think so too . Once upon a time if for any reason I could not get out walking my entire day was thrown off.
