Nope. I just count the whole pound. I weigh "officially" (for logging purposes) once a week, with all my clothes on, just barefoot. So I contribute the .blah blahs to clothes and such. Besides, I'm one of those who weighs unofficially every day, just to keep mental track of how different foods, activities and water intake…

Thanks guys for the suggestions. I will start trying to figure out if it is a new food I've added in or something like that!! Appreciate all the suggestions!! :)

Hhhmm, I think I'll try some elimination, that's a good idea. I will look through my food and see what is new that I have added the last few weeks. I really hate eating smaller meals. Lol, I like to eat my big three and be done! Lol. Thanks!! :)

I use an olive oil mister and lightly mist frozen chicken breast in the skillet, then use garlic powder, McCormicks low sodium Montreal chicken seasoning ad cover, then remove cover till pretty close to cooked through then remove cover and let all the liquid cook out (there will be a lot as you put the chicken in frozen)…

Absolutely this. Log, log, log. Every single bite that goes into your mouth. I had no idea how much I was truly eating calorie wise, even when I thought I was eating healthy, until I started HONESTLY logging. If you have a bad day, own it, log it, and move on. I was stuck in the same cycle as you OP for years, I would…

I would love to have lost a total 50 lbs by Christmas, so 23 more pounds by Christmas. That way I can work towards 60 total lost by the time the husband gets home from the sandbox!! BUT, I don't know how realistic 23 pounds by Christmas is, so I will work towards 40 total, 13 to go till Christmas!!! Sorry for the novel…

I doubt your body has even had the time to metabolize the food you ate and turn it into fat gain yet. I'm sure it is water weight from a higher sodium day. Seriously, you wouldn't have gained six pounds of fat from one day, especially not overnight!! You would have had to eat 21,000 calories, or something like that.

I usually have a mini bagel and three slices of pre cooked bacon, all of which I am forced to share with my one year old!! Haha, or I do a cup of low fat cottage cheese, again being forced to share!

Yes, essentially like a gyro. It is spit roasted meat in a flat bread (though I always get the wraps and they come in a huge tortilla) with lettuce, tomatoe, feta, cucumber, a slaw of sorts and a tzatziki sauce!!! Mmmmmmhhhhhh. I believe, from what I have read, it is the flatbread or wrap, the greasy meat and the cheese…

Oh man, I so know it!! I have never eaten one on the flatbread, I should have specified, I get the Doner Kebab Wraps on the huge tortilla. BUT, those things are huge and most definitely have at least 200 calories in them!! Oh man how I love them!!

I have so been there. One time it was with my husband....it was one of the most heartbreaking and humiliating things in my life. BUT, you went out there and kept at it!!! You are the stronger person here, you are worth more than they could hope to be!! You've got this! Rock on with your bad self!!! :glasses:

Oh and also my favorite humongous Bill and Ruth's chicken salad. Soooooooooo many calories!!!!!
-
OMG yes!!!! I miss great Mexican food soooooooo much!!! Though it is probably a great thing for this weight loss that Germnay doesn't have any that meet my standards! At least where I am!!
-
My dear and beloved Doners!!!!! I had myself convinced that hey, it's just a tortilla filled with roasted meat and veggies!!! Heck, one thing in the MFP database said one was about 600 cals. I figured that was totally worth it, they are huge! Yeah, after looking around the google world, there is no hard and fast set…

Thank you!! THEY are my biggest motivation for me. There are so many things, health wise, world wise, etc. that is going to make their little lives so hard in the future. I want to stop one (obesity) before it ever becomes a problem!! They deserve a fair shot and to learn the right way, not the lazy way!!
-
thank you!!!! Your absolutely right!! But You know, honestly, at this point, I am just so proud of myself and UNBELIEVABLy excited about this change in my life! I could care less what others see or don't!!! :). Except for the husband, I care what he sees in a couple of months!!! ;)

Oh, plus, I totally celebrated....but not with crap food, I took my girls for a long walk and some time at the park and had a dance party with the 1 year old!!! :) On a funny note, I was doing my squats today and my one year old came up beside me and started to try and do them too!!! Hahaha, my three year old does that,…

Mine too! He didn't like either one till I made him eat them roasted!

My every day go to is a mini bagel and three pieces of pre cooked bacon with a mug of tea. I don't have much time for anything hit or fancy! I hate sweet breakfasts as well! They make me feel awful!

Summertime favorites are zucchini, yellow squash, red peppers, pearl onions and potatoes!!! With some olive oil, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper!!!! Year round I do a combo of frozen baby carrots, frozen broccoli and Brussels sprouts with the same coating as the other!!! Asparagus is great, but I have to cook those…

Oh absolutely! I don't really eat bread all that often, but I do eat the pizza dough and have plans for a healthy French bread!! I make breads for the family though! To be honest, I just got my machine a couple of weeks ago and am still working out the kinks in my breads, but the pizza dough is spot on!! You can make this…
