I don't see the exact ones I got anymore, but these are basically the same http://www.target.com/p/Sony-Earbud-Headphones-Blue-Violet-MDREX35LP-VB/-/A-12226410 They've always worked fine for me and stay in without ever falling out! Plus, mine came with 3 different sizes! Way better than the standard ones that come with the…

Leave him. He's never going to change. If this has happened 100 times, what makes you think 101 will be different? You deserve someone better! Good luck:)

"There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstance permit. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results. " - Art Turock “If you want something bad enough, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.” Can you…

If you're not into the typical wedding songs... "Tangled Up in You" by Staind is great! My husband and I danced to this at our wedding:)

It depends how in shape you are. When I first did the video, weighing in the 200's, I burned around 700 calories (using my HRM) and now that I'm down to 158 and I exercise every day, I burn around 400 doing it. Best bet is to get a HRM:)

I'm 5'5 and started at 231.4 pounds. My goal was 150. I'm now at 158 and I'm starting to feel like even when I get to 150, I'll still want to lose some more. I'm definitely way happier now, than when I was in the 200's, but I just want my stomach to be flatter and more toned! I'm happy with my upper and lower body, but not…

My butt DEFINITELY shrunk! I'm currently trying to tone it/make it a little bigger/rounder:( Hope I can achieve that. My boobs definitely shrank as well. Went from a 38 D to a 36 C:( Sucks... but, my current weight and health are totally worth it!

I started with Couch to 5k. Finished that, then started Bridge to 10k... never finished that... just started to love running long distances!! I love to challenge myself each run. I wear Asics GT 2150's :) Love em! But I do tape the insides of my feet to prevent blisters. Helps a lot!

I went for a 9 mile run^_^ My personal record! I'm training for a 15k. It felt great. Once I got home, I felt like I got hit by a car! And I was not hungry!! A little later, and I gorged on some delish food!!:) Now I am still awake... MFPing it up!!!

Log EVERYTHING you eat!! It's the best way to stay consistent. Otherwise it could create a habit of not logging certain foods. Anyways... yes, the calories in fruit DO count. And so does the sugar. If you search "nectarine" you will get lots of choices. There's so many out there, it can be hard to choose. I usually pick…

Because it used to be the thing I hated the most. Now I adore it. I love the feeling I get when I'm in "the zone" I love running through awesome scenery and feeling the wind in my face. It's become a passion and now I try to push myself farther each time. My new goal is a 15k. That's what I'm working towards. And trying to…

And to add to that last post, I'm not uptight. Just posting a helpful thread that actually answered a lot of questions that most new people to MFP ask. The people who took it so offensive are the uptight ones, if you ask me. Google the word "hypocrite" because anyone commenting on here about me *****ing, is doing the exact…

I know... trying to be funny... HA HA... I wish I was nerdy enough to have a picture like that saved on a web hosting site so that I could post it into forums really quick! But... I don't:grumble:

Does this ball game burn calories? Maybe I should go put my HRM on!
-
Hey, I had to Google what this meant because I'm not a nerd. pwn.

I agree. Which is why I posted a HELPFUL thread. You might already know everything I stated in this post, but I bet you LOTS of new people don't.
