Gain 5lbs from january to March then cut appx 5% Body Fat from March to April or May.
Maintain that till about November 1st then gain 10lbs from Nov1st to about March 2013.
    Rinse and repeat!

2012 was always going to be the year I started doing things for myself (turning 30 and youngest child starting school), but I started my lifestyle change and study plans early. So now I want to push myself and achieve something I never in a million years would have ever thought I could do.

So my goal is to do 1000 burpees on my 30th birthday in June, at my halfway point for that goal (end of March) I plan to do 500 burpees as a practise run for the real thing.

Aside from that, I plan to keep working on my strength and fitness and continue studying towards my diploma of justice.

Reach my goal weight of 150, and probably some more after that
    Run a half marathon
    Tone up, especially my abs
Be able to do 100 push ups
    Eat better foods
    Maintain
Get my husband motivated to lose weight too!

2011 -- reduced my blood pressure to normal range, cut blood pressure meds in half
2012 -- maintain blood pressure in normal range, (controlling salt seems to be the ticket), eliminate bp meds if appropriate

2011 -- reduced all cholesterol measures into normal range
2012 -- maintain the normal range and begin reducing the cholesterol meds

2011 -- loose 15 pounds, lost 30 pounds - moved from obese to overweight
2012 -- maintain 30 pound loss, evaluate in the spring to possibly lose an additional 10 lbs.

2011 -- Weight bearing 2-3 times per week (45-60 per time), aerobic 2-3 times per week (30 minutes per time)
2012 -- Maintain the structured exercise, add more recreational activity (in particular bicyling with friends)

2012 -- Continue to take meds and vitamins as perscribed, continue healthy habits which will help me stay cancer free, have a strong immune system should I need it, have a strong body should surgery be required; appreciate life, family, friends, work and activity.

Have a healthy, happy, and productive 2012!

    - To reach my ultimate goal weight of 135 lbs and to not gain any weight back
    - To workout at least twice a day/seven days a week
    - To use my Xbox Kinect more
    - To find and keep a job
    - To move out on my own (with my kids) and away from my ex- we still live together, just as roommates though
    - To enjoy my spare time with my kiddos
    - To tone up
    - To be able to run/jog a mile within 10-12 minutes without getting out of breath
    - To get a gym membership and go at least 3 times/week
    - To start paying off my student loans
    - To save up for a car or maybe 3 great bikes (one for me, one for my son and one for my daughter) and gear to go with it.
    - To get a pedometer and heart rate monitor, and more exercise gear

I have way more but I'll stop there...
