  • I think eating 1000 calories everyday is not good for you. If you ever have a week/month where you eat more then that your body will store all the extra so i I would jump around a bit 1500 one day like when you do walking/riding then on a rest day do your 1000.   • Don't feel bad about not making through P90x. I have started it 3 times. 1st time I made it a month. Next time I made it a week.   • You are one step ahead by just thinking you want to lose weight. I would do 1 thing at a time. Start drinking water or plain tea instead of any sodas or sweet tea.   • Thanks! Today is the 3rd day and I'm still in pain on scale 1-10 it's a 3 but it is still there, swelling is gone. I'm going to take pain meds tomorrow too and then stop. Hopefully getting back to the gym Sunday for sure. Doing every thing but legs for next week. ,
