There are also a lot of dvd's out there with exercises that can be done in a chair so they are non-weightbearing (e.g. chair dancing, chair aerobics) good luck to you!

are you taking ibuprofen before your runs? when i was training for my half-marathon i had this problem and it went away when i stopped taking the ibuprofen beforehand

Are you sure you can't use your heart rate monitor in the pool? I went swimming with a friend a few weeks ago and she wore hers. Aside from hearing the beeping while you're under water, it worked just fine...

I'm 5'4", 136 lbs. as of today and I wear a size 4 in most things...I'm looking to lose about 10 more lbs but am nowhere near overweight, just my preference...Hope this helps!

I eat Vitatops Deep Chocolate, they are 100 calorie muffin tops that come in other flavors...I found them at SuperFresh but I'm sure they are at other grocery stores too.

I either do vodka, and diet coke or I like vodka, club soda (no calories) and a splash of cranberry (or any other juice). I also had tanqueray for the first time this weekend, which is a delicious gin. I had it with club soda and a lime slice...yummm:smile:
