Healthy meals for 4 for $10 or less

Hi everyone,
One of the supermarkets here in Australia is running a campaign with chef Curtis Stone that provides recipes to feed a family of four for $10 or less.
Most of the recipes are healthy and provide four good sized servings. For someone who lives alone like me, one recipe can provide nearly a week's worth of lunches at work!
I have entered the nutrition info for the recipes I've made so far- search "Curtis Stone" in the database to see them.
Meanwhile, check out the recipes for yourselves! You might find a great meal for your family tonight!

Some examples are:
Curtis' pink ling wrapped in crispy bacon with roasted root vegetables
Curtis' Coq Au Vin
Curtis' Korean beef rice bowl
Curtis' crispy cauliflower and fish bake
Curtis' parsley crusted chicken schnitzel with sweet and sour cabbage
Curtis' lemon chicken and rice soup
Curtis' penne with vegies and pumpkin sauce
Curtis' beef and vegetable lettuce wraps
Curtis' vegetable curry
Warm prawn and spinach salad with mandarins
....plus many more.
Enjoy! :flowerforyou:

You're welcome! I know that lots of us struggle to find good, easy-to-make food that is affordable.
I've really been enjoying these meals and I hope others can too!0 -

Happy to help
I just finished the penne (wholewheat of course!) with veggies and pumpkin sauce for lunch- had a half of the recommended serving size with a salad and I'm full!
Talk about great value- half a serving came to 195 calories and $1.25!!0 -
