I order my tires online and have a guy that puts them on and do my own oil changes. I love tinkering with the bikes :)

I ride my bike every day I can. To me there is no better start to my day than by getting my knees in the breeze :) I wear my full face helmet every time even though SD is a helmet optional state.

Its a good idea to let it rest up and heal for 3-5 days. Don't worry,Jilian will be waiting to kick your butt :wink: I do some workouts barefoot but anything that involves alot of jumping is best done with trainers on I think.

I started here in Jan. at 154lbs. and dropped 11 in about 5 weeks...hit a little plateau so I changed things up a bit and have lost another 1.5. I want to get down to about 125-130 and you're right, those last 10-15 lbs. are hell I eat as clean as I can and work out just about every day. I'm 5'3"

I'm a private home care provider. I currently have just one client that is a severe stroke survivor that I care for 8 1/2 hours a day 5 days a week. Its not always easy or fun but at the end of every day I feel lucky that I have spent my day making someone elses life a little better.
