Are you sure you measured your waist in the correct spot? There is no way you and I have a waist difference of 1 inch when I am a LOT more heavier than you!0 -

just in case ppl are unaware of where your measurements should be they are as follows:
Your waist is where your body goes in on the sides, it is actually much higher up than people realize, it is not where your belly button is.
your lower abs are two fingers under your belly button
your hips are roughly the middle of your butt...

Oh my! You want a 22/23 inch waist? My almost 3 year old daughter has a 21 inch waist and she's still wearing 24 month size clothing. You'd be able to buy skirts in the toddler section.0 -

I would assume that you are probably at least a little taller than me, which would make a difference too. Yes, I am sure I measured correctly... believe me, I made SURE I measured at the smallest possible point of my waist. A girl who stands less than 5 feet tall gets thick pretty quickly.... sadly.0
