@Dreysander I'm in your boat. 5'5, 125-127 lbs and mostly an 8. I have a pear shape so I wear S tops and dresses. I can wear some 6's, just depends on the brand.

I say eat what you like as long as you fit it into your calorie goal. These recipes sound yummy, I'll be stealing the chocolate peanut butter one. So thank you for that! :D

I love skinny cow ice cream sandwiches. And Fiber-One Brownies for 90 cals. Nuke it in the microwave for ~10-15 seconds and add a couple spoonfulls of ice cream and it satisfies the cravings for me.

Haha, yes! All the time! I'm 5'5 and fluctuate between 128-130 so I'm in no way underweight. I just let it go in one ear and out the other. My husband even said he thought I should put on 10 lbs or so. Heck no! :D

Looking at your diary, I see a good amount of "general" entries. It's best if you log each ingredient separately, don't go by what someone else has entered into the database. I shot myself in the foot this way in the past.

I have the OPPOSITE problem. I was 190 in high school and wore a size 18/20 (at 5'5", so maybe height has something to do with it??). Even now at 129lbs and 5'5" I still wear a 6, sometimes an 8. I'll just never be one of those size 2/4 girls unless I was TOO thin. :(

Yes, I have! And I gained 55 lbs with my pregnancy (terrible food choices and almost no exercise). I'm almost 10 lbs under pre-pregnancy weight and my son is 16 months. Most of my baby weight was lost in the first 6 months. :) Edit: I was also unable to breastfeed due to low milk production.

I'm very pear shaped, currently 131 lbs, 5'5" and just now in a size 6. I was an 8 at 138, and a 10 at 145. The most I've ever weighed was 185 and I wore a size 18/20 then. I have a friend my height and 185 who wears a 10/12. Just not fair! :p

I've never weighed a single piece of food. I rarely measure either...I just try to over "guesstimate". The MFP Police would HATE me ;)

Oh geez. Do whatever works for you, what's up with all the diet bashing?? Does it make you feel better about yourself?? :o Personally, I enjoy eating very frequently throughout the day so I choose low calorie foods so I can eat more of them. :)

I use half and half and sweeten with honey. Using half and half I don't pour as much. :smile:

I wouldn't count the golf cart in your exercise, even with the polar watch. I can watch TV for an hour wearing my watch and it's going to say that I burned calories. Sounds like you know how to fix things. Good luck! :smiley:
