0 calorie snacks

Anyone have any suggestions besides celery for a zero or low calorie snack to feel full? Especially at night after dinner, this is when I get most of my cravings!

Cucumber isn't 0 calorie, but it's very low calorie. So is sauerkraut (be careful if you're sensitive to sodium).

Why not put something nutritional and satisfying into your body. Just log it into your calories. Nuts, low cal soup, sautéed veggies you eat with chop sticks (for fun), a few apple slices with some peanut butter....just to name a few. Make all your eating count.

Celery isn't 0 calories. No food is 0 calories. Water has 0 calories.

Most fruits and veggies are low cal and pretty filling, so they make great snacks. :)

Dust has human skin though, which has calories. No hope for low-key cannibals.

There are no zero calorie foods.

I just plan ahead and save 200 calories or so for after dinner.

I had a friend once that would munch on ice cubes to curb her crunch craving without calories. I like to chew gum when my mouth feels like eating but I'm not hungry (if that makes sense).

Water's been said. Or you can chew on sugar free gum.

Air popped popcorn is 30 calories a cup.

I'll just assume you mean low cal.

Roasted Brussel's sprouts. I like mine with cajun, or mesquite seasoning.
    Roasted broccoli.
    Carrots (raw)
    Sugar snap peas (raw)
    Cucumber (raw)
Pickles. I prefer kosher dill, but ymmv.
Melon. Most melons are super tasty, and pretty low cal.
An apple. Gala and Fuji are the best, but I won't judge if you prefer something else.
    Banana.

Honestly, when I feel hungry, and have 100-200 calories left, I usually just nuke some frozen grilled chicken breast. It's pretty filling, and tasty (if you have Sriracha or Cholula on hand).

I also try to save the calories. Even 100 calories is enough for an awesome snack. Cheese. Chocolate. Mmmmm.

Some of my lowest calorie snacks, though, are sugar-free jello and sugar-free popsicles. I can also make a reasonable salad with balsamic vinegar for 100 calories.

I fairly regularly have an ice after supper

A fab, Solero or similar ...under 90 cals
    A mars bar ice cream...140
    A snickers ice cream ...170

It's not that high an amount

Also 0% Greek yogurt...?high in protein, low in calories. Delicious with berries, honey or banana or even a bit of granola

Ice. All food has calories. Some just have less than others.

Celery and salsa really are great to me. Just hits the spot often. But no totally without calories. Still so low, almost!
