There are a lot of reasons why you should eat more than 1200 calories in a day. Your age, your height, your activity. I am not sure what you want to do though? DO you want to lose weight? or what is your goal? How do you want our help? I used to do that kind of diet but I have learned my lessons.

I make KALE, spinach, carrots, almond milk, peanut butter, frozen fruits for my breakfast and it is around 300-400 calories.

Hi to all who did and does 30 day shred, is it the only thing you do? aside from watching what you eat? I feel like I just died. I just did the nth time of the 1st day of the shred. Hopefully, I can make it this time. When you get sore, do you still do it the next day? BTW, my push up sucked :(
