That's funny that you ask this because I had blackberries yesterday and I'm going to have them again today and it said i had 140 calories for half a cup... :noway: I need to double triple check everything. Thanks.:bigsmile:

I have a nalgene bottle that's about 30 ozs and by lunch I am already on my 3rd :blushing: But I have to slow down after that because I can't keep running to the bathroom and answer the phone at the same time. :grumble: :laugh: It's hard! but can be done! We can do it!! :flowerforyou:

I did a challenge only for the money lost about 6 lbs and gained 15 back... I think the challenge puts too much pressure on a person who is really trying to lose weight to change their life. I wouldn't do it again... ever.
