I have actually heard that you loose weight in the reverse order that you put it on. I gained it in my breasts first then butt then stomach so for me it should be the first to go if that is true. We will wait to see though.

My goal is to work out at least 60 minutes a day for 5 days each week that adds up to 1500 minutes for the month of July. I did 15 minutes yesterday so I have that in my starting ticker

I have tried and not gotten past the first week. I had a terrible time just getting throught the work out level 1 completely. I am going to start today as well. Hopefully... NO I WILL get through a full 30 days this time!! ALL help is welcomed!

I have been thinking about that very question also. However, I am a chemistry major and it was once told to me that once you add ANYTHING to water it takes on other properties and therefore is altered. So if you would not count tea, coffee or say reconstituted juice as water intake so why are we counting "flavored" water.…

I have been having the same problem too. I have a 16year old, 4 year old and 6 month old. It is taking me about an hour and a half to two hours in the mornings to get the two younger ones and myself ready for work. I started back taking classes, so on Mondays and Wednesdays I have to get up at 4:30am to get to work by 6am.…
