  • For breakfast I have been making yogurt smoothies, have to watch the sugars as I do love fruit. I like to make an avacado, banana & strawberry smoothie with spinach, yogurt, almond milk and some ice. SO good but I am going to try that pancake recipe because the thing I love most is pancakes.
