I am 29 years old and haven't worked out since I was a freshman in college. Right now I'm 320 and my goal is to be at 220 in a year. I figure at 2lbs a week it is doable. The MFP app was the most recommended app and I am using it along side the nike app on my iphone, so wish me luck!
