Have you checked your inches? My friend used to go weeks without showing any weight loss at all, then she would get weighed and sometimes she had lost up to 9lb. It was very strange but the body is a wierd and wonderful thing. Check your inches and keep going, some day soon you will get a wonderful suprise when you step on…

Thats brilliant. I haven't been weighed yet but have measured and have already lost inches from places you would never imagine ha ha!!!! I'm going to get weighed on Thursday so watch this space. Wish me luck x

I agree, it totally destroys my motivation if I don't loose pounds so this time I have decided to measure myself. I did my first measurements on 3rd January and already I have lost 2" from my waist, 2" off my upper thigh and most suprising of all 2" from my knee?
