I'll do the next 'easiest' thing on the list - Squats!!! Think I preferred the sit up challenge! lol

I didn't do as good as I'd hoped and I was only doing sit-ups!!! I'll re-do the sit ups this week and do the star jumps too!!

Phew! Now I'm 'in there' I can reply properly! Lol This is my kind of challenge and just the kick up the backside I need! Though I'm going to have to you tube half of those!! :O

Hey I'm aiming for the same amount!!! I started at 216, went down to 185, then over Christmas back up to 195, I'm now at 186 after putting a lb on last week :blushing:
