What part of ANOREXIC don't you understand? I was obsessed with exercise, and often felt exhausted BECAUSE I didn't eat. It isn't. Skipping breakfast is how I became anorexic. I skipped lunch back then as well. I was hungry, and my body was devouring itself. Don't skip it.

Thanks. I really needed to hear this. I've tried so many times to diet in the past few years, but always gave in. When i'm sad, I eat. When I'm bored, I start eating. The taste of sugar makes you crave more, and sweeteners are sweet. JUST LIKE THE DREADED SUGAR. Try rewarding yourself a small amount each day, but only after a huge workout.
