I think I need to drop out. I have a couple of herniated discs in my back that have become really aggravated and I am having some significant nerve pain. I am not sure whether something I did in the 30DS caused it or whether it was something totally unrelated, but the timing makes me nervous . I am going to a PT tomorrow…

i can see why you are frustrated. something is not adding up! one thought is that you should be eating your exercise calories to make sure you are not putting your body in starvation mode. additionally, i would definitely see your doctor, share this information, and have him/her run some tests. i wonder if your thyroid is…

day 6 done! i actually took yesterday off because i was having some weird nerve symptoms and i found when i got back to it today the strength training was much easier. keep going everyone!

Just get back on track tomorrow. Everyone has days like this. Totally your preference-- but I would re-think the fast. Tomorrow eat healthfully, drink a ton of water, get some extra exercise and keep on going! And try not to beat yourself up. We are all works in progress!
