Change can be difficult and take time for people to get used inc yourself I am sure. So I think that with time they will be able to accept it as the new healthier and happier version of you x

Hi Kayla! I am 5.5ft and my ultimate goal is 130lbs although I have no idea if that is a realistic i.e. maintainable goal or what it would look like on me as I have never been that small lol. Only one way to find out I guess.... good luck with it x

Pure Gym has memberships for £17 p/month if you have one near by? Or how about pay as you go options where you could mainly workout at home but then have a session a week at the gym (if that is cheaper?) But IMHO I think it would fine to do at home as long as you make a start whether it be and home or at the gym it is all…
