Hi Danielle and the rest of the Sky Team :) Thanks so much for stepping up and being our team leader. A little about me ... I am from the UK, a yo-yo dieter and looking for change. I have a few events coming up this summer such as hen do, girlie holiday, wedding and then my big 30 in Jan. So I want to see results that stay…

Hi, Re: UK time conversion Sorry if this is a really stupid question, I usually weigh Friday mornings (before work) so 7am GMT. I have had a look on a time converter chart but not sure if that is too late for your deadline? If it is I will just move it to Thursday mornings - let me know what you think :) Thanks! And yes…

The first time I went to spin I couldn't down properly for three days! I received the advice of turning up the resistance a little bit so more of the weight is going through your thighs rather than 'sitting' and it worked - the next class! Give it a go and let us know how you get on!

One good choice at a time

Hey this thread tells us how to upload photo's (just in case you needed it?) as for cropping I am simple girl and I am sure there are better ways of doing it but if it were me I like to simply copy the pic and paste into a word or paint doc and crop / resize from there. Hope that helps!…

When I first started weighing out my porridge (oatmeal) I was shocked too and I also thought 40g was never going to fill me up but I quickly became used to it! And I had mine at 9am and can still feel it in my tum if that makes sense. I s'pose a motivation of mine was to reduce how much I eat so the idea of getting used to…

I was wondering how you got on! I am so pleased (and so will others be) that you found it a positive experience! In fact it has inspired me to go tomorrow as I have been putting it off (I haven't been to my gym for nearly 7weeks) so thank-you! And I hope you continue to enjoy it x

That is completely and absolutely awful! But your incredible forgiving reaction THAT is testimony to you as a wife, as someone with faith and as a beautiful human being. My story is much less mean and more comical: Me: Would you say these glasses suit me? Specsavers staff member: No they make your face look rounder Me:…

Could it be that batteries might need replacing if digital scales are coming up with different weights in a matter of seconds? Not sure if batteries could explain my digital scales little 'trick' of if I step on with my left foot first I am 1/2lb lighter than when I step on with my right foot first... Random huh? Maybe I…

What others have said really says it all... The only other thing I would add is that for me personally is looking at the success thread on here helps me stay motivated and asking myself "is it really worth it?" "do I really want it?". Taking a minute a minute to let your rational brain can sometimes surprise ourself with…
