I understand it isn't a long time. I am just wanting to workout as intense as I can over the next 28 days.

Stick to meats that are lower in calories (chicken over beef), and try to fill up more on vegetables. If there is sauce, try to get it on the side.

^make sure image tags are lowecase and to not include all that link stuff.

I normally weight in on Tuesday mornings. I found that I generally weigh the lowest throughout the week on this day. I still weigh the same as I did last Tuesday. I suspect I will drop about a lb in the morning when I weigh in. I always seem to drop on Sunday or Monday. I do not drop weight in a linear fashion, it's…

Sometimes it does, and other days it just depends on how busy I am. Some days I am busy with school and often won't eat anything until late in the afternoon, and won't get more than 1,200-1,400 calories in. I should be averaging 1,800 a day. I just try to keep track of it all and know that if I have a day where I am under…

I've dropped 23lbs and have dropped 4 inches off my waist. (from 36" to 32" waist jeans). It all depends on your body build and where you are losing your weight. I have dropped a lot off my legs and butt, while I have lost very little from my stomach.
-
Make sure you are netting at least 1200 calories. Eating under this can cause your body to freak out and start holding onto every ounce of fat it can, and can make weight/fast loss much harder.

I have found that restricting yourself to a certain calorie allowance per day is hard. I try to hit 12,600 calories per week. This way, if I have a day I'm not very hungry, I may only eat 1,200 calories, and some days I may have 2,400. It all evens out at the end of the week.

And a NSV for today... I went to get a new pair of jeans and I actually fit comfortably into size 32" waist. That's down 4" in jeans now. Edit: Ugh. Had to move the pictures, and I can't edit the first post

Thanks! I can't wait to see my progress in another 2 months.

The first month I was walking a lot and lifting a little, but this past month I have been so swamped with my heavy college course load, I have only gotten exercise from what I do with my friends (i.e. hiking, ultimate frisbee, backyard football, etc.)

About 5'6"/7" depending on the day :P

16lbs in 60 days! :P

So great!

If you take off from exercising, just make sure you cut back on your calorie intake a bit so you can still keep losing. :)

I eat everything and anything, but in moderation.

I was just at Disney World in December. I assume they will have similar dining options to Disney Land. I was able to get half rotisserie chicken, with garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans at one of the dining centers. It was delicious and about the healthiest option I could find.

Running out of holes on my belt.

yogurt and granola some peanut butter and an apple soup chicken anything in smaller portions.

Over my last 41lbs lost (my banner is only tracking 2013), I have maybe lost an inch in my calves.
-
"but I figure if I'm still dropping weight why stop now..." You are dropping... because you are eating at a really high deficit. I would up your calories to about TDEE-10% if you still want to lose some, and then go to maintenance after another month or so.

I see you said you have been logging for only 3 weeks. I would like to show my last few weigh in days. 2/19 - 178 lbs 2/26 - 177 3/5 - 177 3/12 - 174 3/19 - 174 3/26 - 171 I have eaten a strict 1800 net calorie diet since I joined MFP. As you can see, weight loss is not linear. Some weeks you will go down, some weeks you…

I eat between 1800 and 2300 calories a day depending on my exercise.

Unfortunately I can't say I had success while on medication. I switched to alternative medicines and since my metabolism has *almost* come back. I generally lose about 1lb per 2lbs I SHOULD be losing, but at least I am losing now.

Hey OP, take a look at this interesting topic: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/595473-why-the-scale-goes-up-with-a-new-workout-program-must-read It applies to rest days too.

^This I fluctuate about 3-4lbs per day... especially depending on sodium intake and water intake.
