Over eat one day, Under eat the next?
I have always wondered how much it balances out. If for some reason I have to go out and eat with family, and I over eat like 1000 calories, is it okay to under eat like 250 calories for 4 days after that? Or just say "I screwed up" and continue eating to your net goal?

As of today I have logged for 60 consecutive days. Weight gain while sick?
Has anyone else experienced weight gain while they were sick? Last Tuesday I weighed in at 174lbs, and today I got on the scale before getting a shower and I was 177/176. Is my body holding onto extra water to fight my cold?

Today I went to two different State Parks with some friends and did 'boulder climbing' and a lot of hiking (going up and down constantly off trails or rocks, or climbing boulders or little cliffs to get up. We did this from about noon to 4pm... so I am trying to figure out how to log it. Any ideas?

Random 3lb drop?
I have been dieting for about 2 weeks now and had seen no change the first 9 days or so, in fact I went up a pound... but the past two days I have suddenly dropped 3lbs. Can someone explain why it is a sudden drop and not a linear drop over time?
