What to log?

Today I went to two different State Parks with some friends and did 'boulder climbing' and a lot of hiking (going up and down constantly off trails or rocks, or climbing boulders or little cliffs to get up. We did this from about noon to 4pm... so I am trying to figure out how to log it.

Any ideas?
