I know I am having a hard time hitting all the vitamins and nutrients I should be taking. Does anyone recommend a daily vitamin nutrient to take daily?

Right now I am taking a probiotic and a fish oil supplement, but I feel I should be getting more vitamins. I am allergic to milk (but do try my best to drink about half a cup of it daily, as I can handle it in small amounts), so drinking more milk is not really an option.

I take a generic multivitamin/multimineral daily. I find it hard to get all of my nutrients daily, even when I do eat a healthy, balanced diet. As long as you aren't super overdosing (which is hard to do with an average diet), any generic multivitamin should be fine. I'm a 22 year old female, so I also take a calcium/vitamin D supplement daily.

You should speak to your doctor and have a blood test. My doctor has placed me on iron, b12, calcium and vitamin d. The calcium is because I am allergic to cows milk and the b, d and iron is based on my blood test and vegetarian diet. In six months I will review it again and hope to be off the d and b.
