Hey all,
I have 28 days to get in the best shape I've ever been in. I only have about 5-10lbs left to lose... so the weight loss is no problem. However, I want to gain muscle mass and tone up my muscle as best as I can. What would you suggest for toning up my shoulder/triceps? Also, what about gaining some muscle in the abdomen area? Last, what about toning up my thighs?
If I could get help coming up with a weekly routine, I will follow that for my 4 weeks left.

4 weeks isn't that long.
If you don't want to go to the gym you might like to check out

You can make those workouts as intense as you are able.0 -
I understand it isn't a long time. I am just wanting to workout as intense as I can over the next 28 days.0

I guess a cross fit style boot camp would get you the most overall toned in that short amount of time.0

Well, if you want to design a workout, you can use the MyFitnessBliss site. It will let you select muscle areas that you want to target and you can figure out a routine for yourself that way.0

Hello;
For thighs and buttocks I have joined the 30 day squat challenge. Today is day 4 , we are up to 60 and each time we add 5. Thursday is rest then friday is 65.
As for the shoulders and arms try doing pull down with the weights or make like you are hitting a punching bag like boers training . You know holding your fists up and going in a rolling circular motion. You could draw big circles ; sets of 20 then small circles repeat for 20 then go backwards. You can get creative and use soup cans as weights going up and down. Hope this helps you can do it and congrats on the weight loss. I need 20lbs off.0
