Most definately the more Cardio you do the better shape your lungs will be in. My son was asthmatic and he played three sports in school. Basketball, baseball and football, he always had more trouble with his ashtma when he wasn't active.

4/21/13 I was 178 now at 172 6 lb. but considering the issues I have I am happy to still be losing. Seeing Chiropracter 3x a week for back issues. finding time to exercise and finding exercises that don't hurt me Motivation is the reason I stay it keeps me focused

On Wednesday's there is a Zumba class where my daughter dances today I am going to do it as long as I can last.

When eating out ask for your to go box when you order so that you can put away the portion you don't need to eat before you even start. That works the best for me.

I have had a hysterectomy and I still gain one week out of the month. It falls back off really quickly though usually gone the following week.

Actually I normally do really well on the weekends as far as food and exercise but I can't log. I don't have access all the time to log and my phone app is really annoying to log with.

Yep I am going to stay within my calorie goal today. I have hurt myself over the weekend so I haven't been able to exercise so for today I will exercise my will power. :cry:

Are you going over or under on the calorie goal? Also please remember that MUSCLE weights for than fat. Very important factor when one begins to workout. I made it this time..... Rather than sitting on the couch watching TV last night with the kids for 30 minutes I layed on the floor and I did 30 minutes of sit ups, leg lifts and push ups etc... That was what I challenged my self to do.

I bombed as well my challenge was to Zumba last night no matter how tired I was after cutting lawn and I didn't. I did however meet the other half of my challenge by doing the stairs 3x's for 10 minutes each during the day. I got on the couch started watching the news and boom before you knew it 11:00.
