There's all kinds of negativity when you are trying to lose, this is your war so fight it any way you need to. There was a time in my life when I thought "thin people don't have to work at it, they're born that way". I know now that very few people fit into this catagory This makes me less frustrated with my struggles.

Got up at 5 and did 30 slow pace rowing (have a broken leg, it sucks!) Tomorrow I'm going to add counter pushups and wall squats.

Stronger + looser clothes = success. I think the small weight gain will happen to me soon, I'm trying to build muscle but taking very small steps.
