I train each muscle group twice a week. Once heavy in the lower rep range, and the second time lighter in the higher rep range.

I had loose skin at he end of my dieting but it gradually pulled back albeit skin damaged from stretch marks.

I managed to survive by cutting out refined processed sugars for almost 2 years. I still ate incidental carbohydrates from Leafy greens and Brown Rice. Otherwise I felt great, my teeth never felt furry and my glucose tests still came back within a healthy range at my check ups.

I believe low Carb dieting contributed greatly to my weightloss. I stuck to under 50g of carbs per day, as low as 30g when I wanted to push weightloss.
