I use mantra's. I find a phrase that inspires me and I say it over and over to myself when I need that extra focus.

Good going! I went to a gym class with my least favorite instructor. I mean, just how many squats do we have to do? Now, really!! Nonetheless, I went, I burned, I conquered! Day 2 was great!

I find exercise easiest when it's incorporated into my daily routine. My time is so tight, so valuable. My solution is to ride my bicycle to commute as much as possible.
