I know what your trying to say.. if you keep moving & eating the same healthy way you will not blow back up...it getting lazy & choosing the wrong foods that will have us gain back... but tracking your food does give it to you straight when you wright down everything you put in your mouth! it keeps you more aware ;-) lol

Ive done both..WW is points..you reach your points your done..but can still eat fruit & vegies...myfitnesspal is calories..they both track your fat.carbs.protien & fiber...fitnesspal will also track more too like your sugar.salt ect

1st time in years that I feel good in my clothes again!! 12 weeks 35lbs gone!!! went from a tight 16 jean to now a 10 / 12 depending on the maker ;-) even got a size 8 shorts this last weekend!! still cant believe it, like disbelief di they mark it wrong!! lol

when my carbs are higher..i feel hungry too...So i try to keep the carbs lower & my protien & fiber higher...so far i m not feeling any discomfort from being hungry....i also eat veges & fruits for my snacking...so sugar higher but its fruits & veges!!! watermellon love my watermellon ;-) good luck

eggs have lots of good protein :) but if you have cholesterol issues try to do 1 whole egg with 1 egg white thats what I do ;-) sometime add a little fat free cheddar cheese too ;-) the cholesterols in the yoke ;-)
