Ive been doing it for almost 4 months and I am still having trouble getting with the clean and overhead squat. It definitely takes time and continuing practice for sure, but I love it! I think everyone has areas they're stronger at than others. Good luck :)

Finished up week 2 and starting week 3. Feel a bit stronger and wasn't as sore until I did a cross fit class Saturday morning and Ouch!!! My anterior deltoid is still really sore 3 days after so I'm not working too hard today. Gonna do my cardio/ab day:)

Weights I'm using: Chest 15-25 Legs - 15-340 Back/Bis - 10-20 Shoulders - 8-12....Shoulders were tough!!!

Just finished up my first week of Body Beast and I was skeptical at first, but I think I'm going to love it! I have been sore since Monday and its awesome! Haven't lost any inches yet, but will keep updated!

Hi All. I ordered Body Beast and am currently waiting for it to arrive. (should be here this week). I will be doing the lean schedule and am super excited to see how it goes. I've done Chalene Extreme twice and just did Simply Shredded 12 wk program.

I drink those too! Theyre the only ones I can tolerate too. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies though so I don't have any issues going over the daily sodium intake.

That being said, I'd like to add that people may not be after the largest possible safe caloric deficit, particularly if they're looking at dropping body fat. I spent my life doing cardio. Never did I have anything close to abs until I started strength…

I did side squats but accidentally did too many. I did 60 each leg. Then another 60 each leg. So I guess all together I did 240.. oh well!!

I burn pretty high too! I am 120 ad 5'6 so I had my husband wear it and then my brother a different time and one burned low (husband, he's a firefighter and pretty in shape) and my brother burned pretty high.

I'm not sure. I know I've brought it up before but it was always accidental. I just restart every workout bc I keep track of my calories from workouts on here. If I figure it out I'll post!

It's usually with an 8 oz drink. You can blend it in the blender or just stir it really well with a spoon. What's your flavor? Mine is chocolate and I mix mine with soymilk for a much better taste than with water.
