Finally found a protein drink I can tolerate

After trying a few post-workout protein drinks, I like Myoplex because it has 42g of protein. The thing is, though it is low in carbs, fat and sugar, it is 600mg of Sodium. I have found that this and Morninstar Farms patties, which I love, puts me over my daily Sodium goal by a few; not alot, but seeing that number in red concerns me. Since cleaning up my diet, the doctor is no longer concerned and has declared me fit---2 years ago, I was decared obese. Anyway; I am hoping that having a Myoplex a day after my workout is okay---I use it for a meal replacement as well; the stuff gives me a good energy boost. What's your take on this or others like it? Are these all high in sodium? Seems to be the equivalent of a Lean Cuisine meal, sodium-wise. Thank you for your input:)

I drink those too! Theyre the only ones I can tolerate too. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies though so I don't have any issues going over the daily sodium intake.

I just love EAS whey protein (vanilla) It has 150 calories, 2 grm fat, 80mg cholesterol, 150 SODIUM, 220mg potassium, 7 carbs, and 26 grams of protein. This has been my favorite of all that I have tried. :)
