Drink more water. If you feel hungry, drink a full glass of water first. Also, fill up on healthy fats and fiber. A simple avocado or a handful of nuts will curb the craving.

I fill half the cup with coffee and half with hot water. That lightens it up and you can use less cream and sugar.

You should have a little more fat - the healthy kind!! Add olive oil/coconut oil to the fish or chicken; 2 tablespoons of hemp seed has 7 grams protein and 1 carb.

Caffeine is addictive. Personally, I am easily effected by it - get really hyper after a cup of coffee. So using that energy in a workout doesn't seem like a bad idea. Yes! This is part of my New Years Resolutions. January is no sweets and February is no alcohol. I do have a couple exceptions - Super bowl and Mardi Gras - but otherwise 26 days no alcohol. We can do it!

I think I'm getting enough sleep; I go to bed around 10pm and wake up around 6am. I just have a boring desk job staring at a computer all day :ohwell: and it always seems around 2 or 3 pm that my body shuts down.

Pinterest and Google images are good inspirations. Just think of something you'll love forever and look up images or work with a tattoo artist to create a design. For me, I worship the sun and that's going to be my next tat. Just need to figure out the exact design. Good Luck!

NOT a thing of the past. I received a Thank You card for attending my friend's graduation party and even a Thank You card from my mother for throwing her a surprise birthday dinner. FB is not an acceptable medium for sending thanks for wedding gifts and such. That person is rude!

Great post, OP. I have the exact same problem! Almost to my goal weight; seeing ribs but not abs because of this pooch. I think my main problem is beer :drinker: Let's keep at it! Work hard; eat clean.
