Curbing Hunger!

Hello!!

I'm on a 1200kcal per day plan (don't often stick to it)

My main issue is binging when I feel hungry!

Coffee/chewing gum just makes me hungrier, tea helps a bit but not much.

Has anyone got any tips??

    Don't try and lose so aggressively and up your calories so you can eat more - or exercise to get yourself some more calories to use :)

    Drink more water. If you feel hungry, drink a full glass of water first. Also, fill up on healthy fats and fiber. A simple avocado or a handful of nuts will curb the craving.

    1200 is too little for most people.

    Eat more, and eat a lot of protein and fat (and fiber too).
