Not really sure what my goal was after all, but I wanted to ride as many miles as I could in July. Ended up with 1872.8 miles (3014 km). Really happy with the results of my hard work.

1807 miles ridden. If the rain lets up this afternoon I'll put a few more in and a few more tomorrow. Hope to finish near 1900 miles for the month!

Up to 1750 for the month. Rode over 500 miles last week and burned over 17,000 calories.

1500 down with ~60 planned for tomorrow and ~80 planned for Sunday. Should be close to 1800 for the month of July.

1325/1600 miles ridden with 8 days remaining. Should be just about completed by EOB Sunday, then the rest is icing next week!

Changing my goal to 1600 miles. 1200 completed month to date. Ridden every day and averaged a little over 57 miles a day.

I find high heels very erotic. Which is weird because I find feet disgusting. Something a heel does (hiding feet and making the legs and butt look WOW) just gets me.

Goal is 1000km (621.4 miles) this month. As of today I've done 594.5 miles and averaged 17.52mph. 18,816 feet of climb. Normal rides I'm averaging around 19.5mph but there were a few rides this month with some slower folks killing my speed for the month. Other than that, I'm pretty happy so far. Should wrap up my 1000km…

I usually burn around 850/hour at 19.5 mph and ~165bpm average HR.

Every time I buy smaller clothes I get more comments. I wore the same clothes for a long time because I'm cheap and once I couldn't stand it anymore, I bought new stuff and it looked like the weight fell off overnight.

Goal is 500 miles. 445.6 so far. 19 more in the morning and 65 on Saturday should get it. :-) Averaged 17.53 mph so far. Been consistently over 18 the last week. Climbed 18,126 ft of elevation.
