baking tends not to work if you start altering recipes, you have to be so precise to get it right. you would be better off googleing a low cal recipe as if you alter your mum's recipe it isn't going to taste the same anyway :(

having too much sodium makes you retain water. are you eating a lot of processed foods? these tend to be very high in sodium. it's not the end of the world to go over but it's not very healthy but you will still lose weight :)

WW online is quite like MFP but obviously not free. different things work for different people though hey!? I can't belive that you had your WW subscription paid for by the NHS, I think that is outrageous to be honest! Sorry, things like that really irritate me!

if you are good, track absolutely everything and are completely honest with yourself you will pretty much always drop. time of the month may be a challenge but other than that you should be fine! good luck and keep up the good work :) xx

Staying and cooking dinner for my husband. It's the Prophet Mohammad's (PBUH) birthday so Dubai has been announced as dry valentine's night and valentines without a cheeky bottle of champagne followed by an even cheekier bottle of red wine just doesn't cut it for me :)

It's just my husband and me and I budget to spend AED 600 a week (US$160) and that currently covers us for everything as I'm refusing to eat out until I reach my first mini goal :) I do two main shops a week then top it up (mainly salad and fresh veg) as and when I need to. Good luck all!

Try measuring yourself at your weigh ins, you should see inch loss the weeks you don't lose actual weight. Try bust (around the fullest part), waist (an inch above your belly button) and hips (around your bum and thighs). It's really good for motivation on the slow weight loss weeks :)
