In the meantime, I'm trying to lose about 20 lbs. I'd love to have support from others in a similar situation. Feel free to…

I'm an elementary teacher in Canada. I have another 20 lbs to lose before my initial goal. My biggest struggle is my lack of energy at the end of the work day. It has been leading me to make unhealthy dinner choices. Feel free to add me!

Yoga is part of my everyday routine. I do it on my own and with Yoga with Adriene videos. I'm relatively new to it, but I am loving it!

The amount teachers get paid and the amount of overtime varies greatly depending on where you are. I'm an elementary teacher in one of the lowest paid areas of the country (Canada), and I work long days, and every Sunday, getting everything ready for my littles. I couldn't imagine doing anything else though.

I feel the same way! A lot of my friends on here disappear on the weekends. Feel free to add me!

I struggle with weekends as well. I have trouble when I don't have a routine. I tend to overeat and put off working out. I'm working on setting up a weekend routine so I can be more successful. Good luck!

I can relate. I lost some weight, met my now husband, and gained it all back. I'm working to get rid of it again. I have 30+ lbs left to lose. I'm often motivated for a week or two, then I tend to slack and need a kick in the butt. Feel free to add me!

Friday is my rest day and weigh in day as well. Feel free to add me!

Congratulate yourself every time you say no to snack you want but don't need. It can feel very satisfying. Pack lots in your lunch so you aren't hungry when you're offered the goodies. If it's something you really want, indulge a bit. Take a small serving and fit it into your daily goals. Good luck!

I'm of little help to you, but I can empathize. My husband and I moved from PEI to BC where we knew no one. It'll be tough but you'll make connections and find the right gym and shops for you when you get there. Good luck!

I also struggle with willpower. My suggestion is to take it one day at a time. Set up small daily goals for yourself (ex: Today I will drink 8 cups of water. Today I will stay within my calorie goal. Etc.) and work hard to reach those. Choose new goals every morning. It's what's been working for me. Good luck!

My only advice would be to buy a heart rate monitor. It comes in very handy. I just did yoga and burned about 100 calories more than MFP said I did. I never go with the MFP suggested calorie burns; a heart rate monitor is more accurate. Good luck!

I love this idea! I'm going to start doing this everyday and hopefully it can help to keep me on track. Just for today... 1. I will drink 10 cups of water. 2. I will get the rest I need to get rid of my illness. 3. I will eat within my calorie goal.

On Friday at work I sat in front of freshly baked apple crisp and ice cream and resisted while everyone around me had some. It felt great to have the willpower to say no to food I didn't want! This is coming from someone who never turns down delicious food. Even if I'm not hungry, I usually eat it.

Try them and see what you enjoy. I use both Tae Bo and 30 Day Shred. Both have benefits and by switching up my routine I don't get bored. Good luck!
