I would strongly recommend you speaking to your doctors to see if there is someone there that could advise you on this accurately as she is a minor. I lost 11 lbs in my first week but I did have 6 1/2 stone to loose and I get a lot of water retention. But I am averaging out at 3 lbs a week at the moment. A friend of mine has 1 1/2 stone to loose and she is only loosing 1/2 - 1 lb a week even on her first week so it really depends. Keep going.

Crisps & Peanut Butter are my weakness so I no longer buy them.

You are eating way too little. Need to increase your calorie intake or your body will definately go into starvation mode. Remember when you loose weight fast because of lack of food, you do not loose fat but muscle and water and as soon as you start eating again, you will gain very quickly.

It happened to my brother on a regular basis. So, he put dog food in his sandwich one day and as usual someone stole it. They never went missing after that. LOL. Not that I recommend anyone to do this but it was funny.

Tikka mixed into Fromage Frais and spread over the top of a Chicken breast, then grilled. Its really nice.

I weigh myself every day, sometimes twice a day. I have even given my mum the scales to look after to stop me doing it but I went and go them back after a couple of days. I hate not knowing if I have gained or lost. It does become an obsession. My daughter tells me off frequently as she knows its not good as your weight…

Its the same with many people, they just don't realise how good they look to have lost all those pounds. Believe me, I am just as bad. Even when I have been slim in the past, I still thought I was fat. Its a self image thing. But believe me, the response from others should reassure you. 30 lbs is a lot to loose. Well done!
