This more exercise you include, the more calories ‘foods’ you can consume. i.e. TDE = 2kcals - cardio burn 500. TDE = 2.5kcals. Eat foods in moderation. Increase cardio, or reduce calories. I suggest burn an extra 100 cals through cardio. Maintain 1300.

If you’re hitting your macro’s and micro’s and not going over your calorie requirements. Short answer? No. You won’t gain fat.

Simple. Sort your nutrition out, train hard. Bodyweight or weight training with cardio. Or you could do both at the same time.. HIIT circuit style, functional training, etc. :tongue: That’s your best bet! Hope this helps..

Everything in moderation is key. I.e. If you binge on peanut butter, lower your carbs. Keep it high fat, moderate protein (1 pound per lbm), moderate carbs. something like this may suit you, if you have a tendency to binge on peanut butter. p/f/c - 35/35/25 or 40/30/30 Cals in v cals out - Moderation is key. :wink:
