This is pretty nonspecific, but I just FEEL better. I feel different when I move. My body feels different. I can tell I'm lighter and healthier.

You'll find that many people here use Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred (and I'm no exception). I also bust out the original Power 90 (the pre-cursor to P90X) from time to time, and I still love it.

I've had ground turkey, and it hasn't been a problem for me. I wouldn't say that it's as good as ground beef, but I'm fine with it.

Taco Bell. If I could eat at Taco Bell every day without adding calories to my total...I would. Without fail.

I go to the gym on whatever days I can. The day of the week has little or nothing to do with it. As long as I don't have anything else going on immediately after work, I head to the gym.

You were gorgeous even before your weight loss. (Obviously, weight loss is generally a good idea all-around--for health reasons and whatnot--but you had no reason to lack confidence even before your weight loss.)

I chose a gym based on its proximity to my workplace rather than my home, and I just drive directly there after work. I often work late, and I have band practice usually several nights a week, so sometimes I don't have time to get there, but I figure that I get a decent calorie burn at band practice, anyway. :)

'Walden' was actually Henry David Thoreau. He was a contemporary of Emerson's, though, and they were both considered part of the Transcendentalist movement, so it's an easy mistake to make. (Emerson is best known for 'Nature,' which is often assigned alongside 'Walden.')

My girlfriend is unable to run for this reason. She was never told by a doctor not to run, but it's too painful for her. She's only 5'2", weighs about 130, and wears a 34DD.

I'm using Asics right now that were like $100. Previously, I was using some generic $20 running shoes from Target, and I actually liked those better, oddly enough. :/

My parents STILL have a rotary dial phone in their basement. And they also have a TV with no remote that you turn on by pulling a knob outward, and it has the little UHF dial on it. They're big believers in not replacing something until it's actually broken. :)
