Not sure how to make it but I know someone that was on Atkins that made it. I remember it tasted good, but had a lot of cheese in it, so not exactly low cal, but low carb.

You did all that in 30 days? That's great, keep it up. As you build muscle you'll burn more calories and you ought to see even more results.

If you take in too few calories you're body will start to store fat because it thinks you're starving. Don't get too extreme on the diet. Keep up the exercise, and make sure you're lifting weights. Lean muscle mass is what burns calories and increases your resting metabolism. Hang in there!

Hit the weights, more muscle means higher resting metabolic rate. Don't worry about bulking up, unless you design a program to cause that you'll be fine.
