That usually only happens to me if I take off a week or two from the gym and just getting back into the swing of things. I usually would have itchy legs, but I wouldn't say burning. Does this happen often for you?

Hello! If you're not use to wearing heels, I would suggest definitely getting a shoe with a strap. As for the size, I usually wear 8 1/2 in open toe shoes so I got an 8. They will usually stretch a bit so I would go down a size....just my opinion though. :)

It's not bad at all. I didn't really need much help with the training but moreso the diet. I have been checking in every couple of weeks to give her my stats and send pictures and she adjusts the diet based on that. The training changes a bit too as the weeks progress. I'm doing the Baltimore Gladiator NPC show on March 22nd, so I am just under 11 weeks out. This is my second show so I'm hoping to come in way leaner than I did my first show where I did everything on my own. I have an online coach/trainer/nutritionist this time around so I'm hoping to do a lot better.

I ordered my suit through Vandella costumes. I picked a suit I found on the website and send in my measurements and it was made based on my measurements. I was more than happy with it so I'm pretty sure I will be using her again.

This was a military show so I basically did it for the experience. I didn't place in the top 3 but it was definitely a great experience. Hello ladies! I did my first show last month here in Germany. Although it was a military show, it was still a good experience. Hoping to sign up for a NPC show back in the states in March. In the meantime I'm trying to lean out more and build muscle. Glad to see other newbies on here. :)

I usually eat chicken and ground turkey. I don't like seafood so I stay away from fish. I usually season with garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, Mrs Dash, and onion powder. I usually add a little sea salt on my food as well...just a little.
