I certainly noticed things getting a lot tighter! And yes it blooming hurt. What i didnt notice so much was the weight loss, but then I couldnt find her reccommended diet that is supposed to go with it. But certainly lost inches and felt tighter. Hi, I have managed to go from a size 24 to a 16/18. It has taken 2 years, nearly a year on here, and I have had times when I have stalled and had to try something new. I believe in slow but sure and life changes rather than 'dieting'. If you want to add me, feel free and good luck!

Yes, I believe it does look like a stair stepper. I know it does mainly cardio, but im doing the bands bit as well, so wasnt sure if it goes under something else? Sorry, im new to all this and just not sure, thanks.

Ive found that doing steps on my Wii fit has shrunk my bum/hips and thighs. Lunges are good too.
