I usually wear 2 or 4 from express/gap. 28" for jeans with waist size. Right now I am sitting at 134, but clothes stayed the same at my lowest 124

I'm 5'4" as well and I am shooting for 127....from everything I can find, I think that will be a good point...this way I will still be below 130 during certain times! Good luck on your goal!

The workout def works. I started using last Jan, used the video for 3 months and had great results! Def worth getting!

Lots of good workout video's from Beachbody. I have done Turbo Jam, Slim in 6, P90x, and currently doing the Brazil Butt LIft. I also really like the Jilian Michael's 30 day Shred...super good workout in a small amount of time! Good luck!
