There are lots of BMI charts you can look up. Google is your friend. :)
  • With the height/weight chart I use the range is 124-138. Hope that helped.

For a 5'4" female, the lowest I found was 110 (NOT healthy, however), up to 140 lbs. So probably somewhere around 125 is the "middle" weight that you are asking about?

100 lbs for the first five feet, then five lbs for each inch over 5 feet (medium built)
small frame -10%, large frame +10%.

There is a BMI tool on this site as well. Glancing at it, I'd say 125-135. That is what I'd aim for as mid-range if I were your height. :)

And... um... as a person who is 5' with medium build... 100 pounds is NOT mid-range, it is very slim for me!

    I'm about 5'5 and aiming for 135.

It depends on what a well-toned 135 looks like on me. Last time I was below 130, I looked a bit bony, but I wasn't toned.
  • I'm 5'4" as well and I am shooting for 127....from everything I can find, I think that will be a good point...this way I will still be below 130 during certain times!

    Good luck on your goal!
  • It's between 111 and 145. Anywhere in that range is considered a healthy weight for someone of about 5'4 inches tall. I asked my doctor the other day since I'm also 5'4 haha :) Hope this helped. :)
