I want to maintain (or gain) muscle and lose body fat could somebody please tell me how many calories I need to do that? 5 days a week I'll be doing cardio/lifting weights. Hahaha well I'm to scared to up my calories incase I gain weight but I think I might give it a try and if it goes good then continue with it for a month and see if I get any results

I've been eating around 1400 - 1600 everyday for a month so I don't understand why I'm not losing a ton of body fat but I guess everthing takes ALOT of time

Yeah I understand what you mean but the thing is I can't quite find the right routine schedule that works best for me I don't want to be putting all my effort in for a few months to realise I only got half the results I could of got if I tried a different exercise or technique :)

I feel like 2000 calories is to many? I could do 1500 a day without struggling shouldn't I take advantage of that? Would anyone be nice enough to put up just a 2 or 3 day meal routine so I can see if maybe its what I eat thats bad :) Ill talk your advice and try take in around 1900-2000 a day and see how it goes!

Yeah. I was wondering how much someone with a 25.0 bmi could eat without gaining weight?

Yeah I do alot a weight training now :) but going to properly start when I lose this fat because its easier to build muscle when your only focusing on that not your fat too (Well my opinion) haha

Thanks for all the responses ! :) My bmi is exactly 25.0 so just on overweight.. How much exercise and calories should I have each day to lose these last 5kgs? Any tips? :) As soon as I've burnt all this fat I'm planing to start properly building muscle :)

I try to eat between 1200 - 1400 calories a day :) and ive lost around 10kg doing that but now for weeks I haven't lost a pound ! :(

Oh and I also drink only water and around 4-5 litres at least a day...
