  • Bump !! I like this thread :-) You all are such an encouragement in your losses! Keep up your hard work :-) My start weight is 216.5 and my goal weight is 145. I plan on reaching that by May/June of next year. So far I've said goodbye to 3.5 lbs! You can do it Mexi's mom!!!!
  • Though you may be of the mind set that you have a potassium deficiency, I would first look at your H20 consumption. If you are an active person 8 glasses of water may not cut it for you. I know for myself, I have to have a minimum of 3 liters of water a day to not feel like I'm dragging. That's 4 glasses above the daily…
  • I absolutely love Crossfit! I started about a month ago and have gotten exponentially stronger through good form, coaching and an amazing support group at the Crossfit gym I go to. I went from being able to deadlift about 100lbs 3.5-4 months ago (on my own, without very good form) to 185lbs just yesterday as my new max. If…
  • Up about 2lbs this week (TOM is here, boo hiss!) 210lbs
  • SW 208.8 CW 207.9 Down almost 1lb :)
  • My goal for the rest of this week is to focus on never going over in calories, and if I do, getting up and moving to burn them off. Also a big thing for me will be to stay controlled while in NYC on food intake. ONLY eat when I'm hungry basically :) Water isn't an issue any more, so I'm removing that from my list to focus…
  • Well hate to break it to you but you are going to need someone else's help. An equation isn't going to tell you whether you lost body fat % points. I'd say if you know someone who is able to use callipers, then buy some and have them measure your skin folds. Otherwise there are machines that send electric shocks through…
  • Well besides my walks to and from work (plus going home for lunch), I'll be doing an hour of cardio kick boxing and then 30 minutes of sandbag lifts. Probably focusing on upper body more since I destroyed my bum and legs on Sunday and am still sore like crazy. :) Let the fun begin!!
  • Day one wooped my bum! Still managed to squeek out a small HIIT routine shortly after completing day one (but it wasn't pretty haha). You feeling a burn after day one?

  • Really nice work! Good job for reaching your goal :-) !! Out of curiosity what is your goal weight? It seems like 122lbs is a pretty low weight for a 5'6" frame.
  • Way to go!!! What a great way to start your day and a major win on losing 7 stones. Good work :)
  • That is fantastic! Such an amazing and fabulous transformation. I have about the same amount of weight to lose in total, so you are great motivation. Congratulations on your healthy new self :) Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
  • Is the 30 day shred (Phases 1-3) the same workout for each Phase (10 days)? I'm concerned that might be a bit boring to do the same exercise routine 10 days solid then switch to a new routine for 10 days. Any thoughts?
